   Monday evening for abundant lightning with dry fuels for fire
   weather zones 285... 623... 624 and 625...

The Fire Weather Watch is now in effect from Monday afternoon
through Monday evening.

* Affected area: fire weather zones 624... 285... 625 and 623

* counties affected:
in northern CA... for Sunday... Siskiyou and Modoc counties.
                   For Monday... Modoc County only.
In south central or... for Sunday... southern Klamath and lake
                   counties. Only the extreme southeast corner of
                   zone 623 is affected.

* Thunderstorms... isolated thunderstorms over the area will become
scattered later this afternoon and evening. Storms will likely
produce abundant lightning and gusty winds. Thunderstorm
activity may become scattered over the watch area Monday
afternoon and evening.

* Outflow winds... wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are possible.

* Impacts... dry lightning will be possible outside of the wet

pose a threat to life and property... and may overwhelm
initial attack resources.

* View the hazard area in detail at

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Abundant lightning on existing very dry fuels could cause
numerous new fire ignitions. Gusty and erratic outflow winds
could also create explosive fire growth potential.

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
red flag warnings.
