As the Little Bear Fire burns its share of 26,000 acres in southeast New Mexico, its smoke plume continues to grow and has since beat its counterpart, the larger Whitewater-Baldy's plume. Oak Hill and the surrounding Central Texas regions have been pounded by multiple rounds of supecells, bow echoes, and other storms this past week. Thankfully, the low level disturbance causing all of that is now past. The skies beautifully opened up for the first time in a long time to some blue sunny skies.
